The Black Crowes przez blisko dwadzieścia pięć lat swej kariery udowadniają światu, że ich zespołu nie da sie zaszufladkować w jednym gatunku muzycznym. Pochodzą z południa Stanów Zjednoczonych, dlatego siłą rzeczy czerpią wzorce z bluesa, country, a czasem też z gospel, funky i klasycznego rock and rolla. Muzykę "czarnych kruków" jednak trudno osadzić...
