Przyznam na wstępie, że głównym powodem, dla którego postanowiłem zapoznać się z nowym longplayem Arch Enemy był fakt dołączenia do składu Alissy White-Gluz, byłej już wokalistki kanadyjskiej grupy The Agonist, którą niezwykle cenię. Ostatnie dzieło Arch Enemy, jakie wzbudziło moje zainteresowanie był album „Rise of the Tyrant” z roku 2007 kiedy to...

Rewolucja do jakiej doszło w szeregach Arch Enemy zaledwie kilka miesięcy temu sprawiła, że premiera "War Eternal" nabrała zupełnie innego wymiaru, wprowadzając z jednej strony pożądany element medialnego zamieszania, z drugiej - zrozumiałe zaniepokojenie fanów. Szkoda tylko, że zmiana wokalistki okazała się jedynym ryzykiem, na które było ich stać.

Grzegorz "Chain" Pindor
Nowa krew w składzie, w postaci byłej już wokalistki The Agonist i ex-gitarzysty Arsis jak widać dała niesamowitego kopa Szwedom z Arch Enemy.
