Na początek kilka pytań tytułem wprowadzenia. Kiedy Egipt płakał? Gdy któryś tam z kolei faraon wielkodusznie postanowił poświęcić parę tysięcy istnień, żeby zbudować kolejną piramidkę? Nie. A może wtedy, gdy Kleopatra puszczała się z legionowymi wojerystami rzymskimi? Tym bardziej nie. Egipt płakał, gdy Nil nie wylał lub wylał tak, że zbierać nie było...

Death metal, jak wiadomo, niejedno ma oblicze, a miłość do niego niejedno ma imię. Temat rzeka - można by stwierdzić, nawiązując do nazwy pewnego trio zza oceanu. Zastanawiam się przez chwilę, czy gdybym się uparł, byłbym w stanie znaleźć inną, bardziej różnorodną odmianę ciężkiego grania. Wbrew temu, co stylowi zarzucają malkontenci, każdy zorientowany...

Hohoho, gdy już opuszczę ziemski łez padół i Anubis będzie prowadził mnie do swego tatka Ozyrysa na Sąd Bogów zostanę zapewne spałaszowany przez Ammita. Dlaczego? Bo ciężko zgrzeszyłem - zwątpiłem w Nile po wydaniu "Ithyphallic". Tymczasem ekipa Sandersa powróciła i wydała płytę solidną niczym piramida.
