W składzie Gallon Drunk pojawił się nowy basista Leo Kurunis i ta zmiana podziałała ożywczo na muzykę zespołu. Na "The Soul Of The Hour" grupa podąża w coraz bardziej nieznane dla siebie muzyczne rejony, a efekty tego są ekscytujące.
