Historia zatoczyła koło a wraz z nią nadeszli Szwedzi z Sabaton z nową płytą zatytułowaną „The Last Stand”. Jednak na początek trochę „mojej” historii związanej z tym zespołem. Sabaton zaczęłam słuchać w 2006 roku – od „Attero Dominatus”. Jeszcze wtedy nie byli u nas tak sławni jak teraz, gdy czczą ich kolejne pokolenia. Pamiętam te „moje” początki:...

Szwedzi w końcu doszli do ściany i wydaje się, że roszady personalne, w tym ostatnia, oraz horrendalna ilość koncertów przekładają się na słabą kondycję Sabaton.

Szwedzcy metalowi nauczyciele historii z Sabaton znów weszli na wojenną ścieżkę, by wziąć udział w kolejnej muzycznej bitwie. Dwa lata po wydaniu krążka „Heroes” traktującego o cichych bohaterach II Wojny Światowej światło dzienne ujrzał właśnie album „The last stand”.
