King Crimson A.D. 2000 to ponownie czterech muzyków – jak w latach osiemdziesiątych, tyle że zamiast Levina na sticku gra Gunn, a za bębnami Bruforda zastąpił Mastelotto. Ciekawe, jak ten powrót do przeszłości odbił się na kilku kompozycjach. Utwór tytułowy nawiązuje do albumu Discipline – w partiach gitar i linii wokalnej.Podobnie FraKctured, z tym,...

King Crimson zajmuje i będzie zajmował w moim sercu miejsce szczególne. Jako ten właśnie zespół, który rozpoczął moje zainteresowanie Wielką Muzyką. Elektryczny jazz, fusion, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Frank Zappa itp. – to wszystko zaczęło się od jednej płyty. Płyty z wykrzywioną bólem twarzą na okładce.

Długo trzeba było czekać na tę płytę. Wszyscy miłośnicy King Crimsonowskiego grania, swoistej odmiany jazz-rocka, od pięciu lat (ostatni studyjny album Thrak, 1995) byli zmuszeni bezskutecznie wertować pisma muzyczne w nadziei, że pojawi się w nich choćby wzmianka na temat nowej płyty Karmazynowego Króla. Fripp co jakiś czas uprzyjemniał swoim fanom...
