To mogła być płyta roku. Zwłaszcza, że konkurencja nie postarała się szczególnie i większość premier ’08 z butów nie wysadza. Wydawało się więc, że Satyricon na luzaku dostanie się na szczyt podsumowań. Niestety "The Age of Nero" pozostawia pewien niedosyt.

Do diabła
The Age Of Nero" było jedną z bardziej wyczekiwanych przeze mnie płyt 2008 roku. Jestem zagorzałym entuzjastą wcześniejszych dokonań Satyriconu, zwłaszcza dwóch poprzednich albumów. Mimo że zapowiadający tegoroczne wydawnictwo utwór "My Skin Is Cold" sugerował wyeksploatowanie aktualnej formuły zespołu, miał też w sobie element przyciągającej autentyczności....
