No bo chyba nie hip-hopu. Choć pewnie Timbaland bardzo chciałby nim zostać. Nic z tego. Mimo że druga część jego autorskiej składanki miała przedstawić go jako nie tylko producenta, który potrafi zamienić każdy utwór w złoto, ale również jako zdolnego rapera, to „Shock Value II” jest jedynie (lub aż) rozwinięciem multiplatynowej „jedynki” sprzed dwóch...
