Open Fire" to szósty album zespołu, którego nazwa bez wątpienia należy do tych mocno zapadających w pamięć ;) Alabama Thunderpussy eksploruje na niej rejony ciężkiego stoner rocka. Podstawą muzyki są więc oczywiście riffy - duet Larson/Lake z pewnością nie przełamuje barier w gitarowej wirtuozerii, ale ich miażdżąco-walcujący styl riffowania na pewno...
