Gdyby kilka miesięcy temu ktoś powiedział mi, że jeszcze w tym roku będę miał okazję zrecenzować najnowszy album Gang Starr, to z pewnością popukałbym się w głowę. Bo choć od śmierci Guru minęła już prawie dekada, to nadzieję na reaktywację grupy większość fanów pogrzebała znacznie wcześniej. Jak zwykle okazuje się jednak, że najlepsze scenariusze pisze...

Nie brakuje mi wyobraźni, mam raczej otwartą głowę, ale tego, że pod koniec 2019 r. będę jak dziecko cieszył się nowym albumem Gang Starra, nie wyobrażałem sobie w ogóle. Powodów było aż nadto. Duet rozpadł się w 2003 r. w fatalnej atmosferze. Gdy dziewięć lat temu zmarł Guru, w wieku raptem 48. lat, nie było słychać o żadnym przedśmiertnym pojednaniu....
