Nie jest to album, który poleciłbym początkującemu adeptowi muzyki metalowej, bo mógłby się biedak zniechęcić do Saxonów, a to byłaby wielka dla niego strata. Jest wiele dobrej muzyki napisanej przez ten zespół, lecz na "Metalhead" więcej jest średnich pomysłów niż udanych.
