Daman Albarn wskrzesił grupę The Good, The Bad & The Queen, by nagrać swój najbardziej zaangażowany album od czasu "Parklife" grupy Blur. Tamta płyta była przesiąknięta ironią i humorem, a tu dominuje poczucie goryczy i bezradności.
