Steven Wilson w ciągu ostatniej dekady zapracował sobie na miano człowieka-instytucji jako producent, kompozytor i lider zespołów, z których przynajmniej jeden zasługuje na miano wybitnego. Dlatego za recenzję tej płyty wystarczyłoby w zasadzie nazwisko widniejące na okładce. Nikt, kto pokochał śpiew Stevena, układane przez niego melodie, charakterystyczną...

"Zaczęło się od dokumentowania pracy nad solową płytą Stevena, lecz z czasem pomysł rozwijał się i coraz więcej ludzi angażowało się w jego powstanie aż w końcu zdaliśmy sobie sprawę, że mamy szansę stworzyć wspaniały dokument, który może zaistnieć niezależnie od płyty."

Poniższa recenzja nie będzie obiektywna – nic nowego. Wspominam o tym, tylko dlatego żeby już od razu zasugerować, że wnioski płynące z tego krótkiego tekstu odnoszą się tylko do wąskiego kręgu osób o wrażliwości zbliżonej do mojej. Obiecuję więc, że piszę szczerze, ale to nie znaczy, że prawdziwie.
