Schyłek lat 70-tych był szczególnie trudny dla kwartetu z Manchesteru, bowiem narastały w zespole napięcia spowodowane różnicą poglądów dotyczących dalszego artystycznego kierunku. Z jednej strony klawiszowiec (Woolly Wolstenholme) naciskał na pozostałych towarzyszy, aby powrócili do grania bardziej progresywnych form, podczas gdy pozostałą część formacji...
