Po zawieszeniu działalności Dead Can Dance, Lisa Gerrard i Brendan Perry mogli skupić się na solowej działalności. W 1999 roku Brendan opublikował album "Eye of the Hunter", który po ćwierć wieku doczekał się reedycji.

Dead Can Dance był zespołem, którego muzycznej wielkości nie sposób zakwestionować. Niesamowite kompozycje Lisy Gerrard, Brendana Perry`ego i ich współpracowników, nasycone tajemniczością i oryginalne nad wyraz utwory pozostają świeżymi i odurzającymi swoim pięknem nawet w kilka lat po rozpadzie Grupy. "Eye of the hunter" - "Oko łowcy", solowy krążek...
