Mimo że “Blurred Lines” to tytuł zarówno singla, jak i całego albumu, wysoki poziom piosenki nie przekłada się na jakość krążka. Słuchając tej płyty, odnoszę wrażenie, że jej gospodarz nie za bardzo wiedział, co chce osiągnąć. W efekcie – nie licząc tytułowego nagrania – powstał album nieprzemyślany, pełen klisz i zbyt czytelnych, ostentacyjnych nawiązań....

Na nowy album Robina Thicke czekali zniecierpliwieni sympatycy jego muzyki. Po znakomitym, tytułowym singlu promującym, do którego kilka dodatkowych groszy dorzucili Pharrell oraz T.I, większość myślała, że lepiej być nie może. Otóż powiem Wam, że może. Kurtek
Oczekiwanie od Thicke’a neo-soulowej płyty, po tym jak „Blurred Lines” nieoczekiwanie podbiło listy przebojów na całym świecie, byłoby niedorzeczne.
