Załoga świrów spod znaku GWAR od ćwierćwiecza przyprawia o zgorszenie konserwatywną część amerykańskiego społeczeństwa. W przypadku GWAR trudno oddzielić wizerunek od twórczości stricte muzycznej. Komiksowo - horrorystyczne stroje, widowiskowe koncerty, absolutnie niepoprawne politycznie i obyczajowo teksty ociekające seksem, przemocą, mięsem i krwią...
