Joe Satriani, jak większość instrumentalnych wirtuozów, cierpi przez bycie częściej inspiracją dla tysięcy gitarzystów na całym świecie niż autorem prawdziwie wiekopomnych kompozycji. Jego czternasty krążek udowadnia, że choć on sam jest geniuszem, to jego utwory w sensie praktycznym już takie nie są.
