Konotując muzycznie M.I.A. z przedstawicielami nurtu grime'owego trzeba mieć świadomość sporego nadużycia. Sama się zresztą odcina, nie chcąc być umieszczana w lokalnej tematyce East London. Co potwierdza wyczekiwany od miesięcy longplay Arular, wypełniony po brzegi popowymi smaczkami, mocnymi hookami i feelingiem będącym swoistym amalgamatem kulturowym...
