Kiedy tylko Dropkick Murphys przyjeżdżają do Polski, ich brawurowe koncerty ściągają tłumy. Od kiedy zabrakło The Pogues, to bostończykom należy się prymat w tworzeniu celtyckiej muzyki z rockowym sznytem.

Po dość długiej ciszy bostońscy Irlandczycy powracają z nowym albumem. Nie jednym, a dwoma, z czego "11 Short Stories Of Pain & Glory" to tylko preludium do zapowiadanego na jesień dłuższego i znacznie żywszego dzieła.

Jeśli lubicie proste melodycznie piosenki, których tekst najlepiej krzyczeć na jakimś stadionie, dodatkowo racząc się piwem, to ten album z pewnością do Was trafi. Po czterech latach Dropkick Murphys wracają z nowym materiałem. Niby to ten sam zespół, ale już na pierwszy rzut ucha coś się wyraźnie zmieniło. Aby znaleźć nowe brzmienie Bostończycy wyjechali...
